WHICH INSOLES ARE RIGHT FOR ME?
Choosing the right insoles will depend on your foot type
If you have ankle, knee, hip and back problems, it’s most likely all stemming from your arch.
I HAVE A LOW/FLAT ARCH
For anyone suffering from joint soreness. Insoles with arch support are recommended.
I HAVE A MID ARCH
A mid arched foot can get insoles in either flat or orthotic categories.
I HAVE A HIGH ARCH
Arch support typically isn’t needed. Flat insoles are recommended.
